Dancing from ambient to post-punk disco, theatre to VR, Angela's work resonates across artistic disciplines and genres. ​
​
A viola player by training and multi-instrumentalist by accident, Angela emerged from the Leeds post-rock scene before running away to join circus rave band Slamboree. As a member of Lanterns on the Lake, she released and toured three studio albums including the Mercury Prize-shortlisted 'Spook the Herd'. Since 2017, she has been a member of Placebo's live band. ​​​
From the studio, Angela composes and produces music for media new and old, specialising in music for moving image, interactive spaces, orchestrations and string arrangements in physical and digital format.

Her solo project, Ameiyi, explores effected organic textures and expressive electronic production with a focus on immersive audience experiences.
